An Invitation
What if giving isn't about meeting a budget, but about stepping into the very work of God?
Pastor Ron Zimmer walked us through Exodus 25 to show how God invited the Israelites to bring voluntary offerings for the building of the tabernacle. God did not demand a strict percentage or rely on compulsion, but instead gave His people the privilege of participating in creating a sacred space for His presence. This generous response was never about fundraising or proving their worth through production. Because God rescued them from slavery, their generosity became a natural overflow of belonging to the King, pointing forward to the ultimate self-giving sacrifice of Jesus on the cross.
